Paper Submission and Presentation
Presentation Guidelines
Posters:
The width of the posters should not exceed 84.1cm. We recommend the poster formats A0 portrait or A1 landscape.
Use large fonts which support reading from a distance of 1 metre.
One of the authors needs to be at the poster during poster sessions.
You will need to bring a printed hardcopy to the conference (there will be no printing services from our side).
Your poster should be put up on the day you have the presentation and should be removed after the session.
Remark: All papers presented at the conference (posters or oral presentations)
will be included in the proceedings and published by IEEE.
Oral presentations:
We reserved 15 minutes time for each oral presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion.
We recommend to use at least font size 18pt in your presentation slides.
You may upload your presentation file on the PC in the conference hall prior to your session.
Paper Submission Guidelines
We perform a double-blind review of all submitted articles.
After acceptance, the authors should prepare a final version of their article taking into account the suggestions by the reviewers.
The final version must be submitted in time for inclusion into the proceedings.
At least one of the authors must present their research at the conference, either by oral presentation or poster presentation
(details will be found in the conference program).
The proceedings will be published by IEEE Xplore after the conference.
The committee reserves the right to withdraw any paper that is not presented or not submitted in time.
Submissions for Review
The review is completed. No new papers will be accepted.
Guidelines for the Final Submission
The submission site is open for updates of accepted papers.
Three things are important for the final submission: (1) Your name, (2) the IEEE copyright notice and (3) the correct paper format.
Use the following checklist to prepare your paper:

The article must include the author names. If you anonymised your article for review, then insert your name again.
☐ The article contains the IEEE copyright notice.
The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each
paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.
